I needed to buy two chairs that would fit in a rather small space. I wanted them to be on the tall side (to go with my sofa) and swivel. I looked long and hard and decided to buy these. They are the perfect size for where I wanted them and match my decor nicely. They look just like the photo (I bought black chairs). The seats were rather hard to start off with but the cushion softened a bit with use. They are not very plush or cushion-y, but I didn't expect them to be.

I've had them for a year and with lots of gentle use they look as good as new.

The reason I give them a "good" for quality instead of "excellent" is that they don't match exactly. One seems to be a bit higher than the other with a bigger gap between the chair and the base. The other one tilts back a little bit. It's probably not something that most people who visit would notice, but I do, of course. If the quality had been more consistent between the two chairs, I would have rated them higher.

The packaging was fair, not great. There wasn't much stuffing to speak of and one chair came with a small tear in the leather due to something that had punctured the box. I waited so long for these to arrive (they were on backorder), that I decided to keep them both as they were.

So, all in all I'm pleased with the chairs, but they could have been better for the reasons given above.
