I have never had a problem with a piece of furniture I had ordered online until now. Here is the timeline of events:

November 9: Placed order.

November 15: Order arrived and one piece was severely damaged. The next day I called to request a replacement piece.

December 14: Replacement piece finally shows up, and it was the WRONG piece! Call immediately in tears because it's taking so long, I have a small home with no garage and these pieces have been laying against my living room walls along with the huge box making my house look ugly and messy during the holidays. They admit fault for the mix up and promise to send the correct piece.

December 23: Tears of joy, the replacement piece comes and I can have a clean living room for Christmas.

So yeah, it took 44 DAYS before I could even put it together. There was a few nics on the corners, but whatever. The back panel was not long enough to put the screws on the sides. One of the drawers does not open very nicely.

Not top quality, but that is obvious in the price. Hopefully it can last many years as this one has everything I was looking for in a TV stand and looks good in my living room.

ATG customer service is excellent, I would not hesitate ordering from them in the future, it just won't be furniture from Office Star!
